We offer Roof Measurements as a separate service.

Even if you don't choose our project oversight service, having accurate measurements is the most important part of receiving accurate estimates. 

We have experience in the roofing industry, so we know that even seasoned estimators can make mistakes! 

Whether the roofing measurement in your estimate is over or under, it can compromise the process and the quality of your new roof.  

If the measurement is excessive, it will cost you more than necessary in materials and labor. Can you trust your roofing contract to adjust the price accordingly?

If the roofing measurement is under, a roofing company might cut corners instead of owning their mistake and requesting more payment. The company realizes that the customer is seldom happy in this scenario and often perceives it as a bait and switch. 

Having an objective second set of measurements at the beginning can help both you and the contractor.

We do the measuring with guaranteed accuracy and provide it for your estimates. 

The measurements we provide include: 

individual square footage for each roof plane, 

complete perimeter, 

hip and ridge cap, 

gable rakes and valleys, 

and very importantly, the proper roof slope to leave no room for error.
